Kosher Gourmet is proudly certified by the Atlanta Kashruth Commission (AKC) and operates under the Orthodox Rabbinical supervision of the AKC.
- All meats are Glatt Kosher.
- All bread baked on our premises is Pareve and Pas Yisroel.
- All meats are properly soaked and salted (excluding raw liver, which requires kashering before use).
- Off-premises catering is under AKC supervision when a Mashgiach is present.
- Passover items are certified Kosher for Passover only when specifically marked.
